COMMENDING STEVE DREXLER FOR OVER 23 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE OF SAUK COUNTY
Background
It is the custom of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to recognize individuals who have served the people of Sauk County with distinction. Steve faithfully served the people of Sauk County as a psychotherapist in the Mental Health and Recovery Services Unit. As a psychotherapist in various areas of the Department throughout his career, he served others for over 23 years of devotion to his chosen profession. Steve provided exceptional service which contributed greatly to the safety, stability, and overall wellbeing of children, families, and individuals of Sauk County. Steve maintained professional and ethical integrity while serving in a stressful career. Steve greatly assisted the citizens of Sauk County and the Department of Human Services in the delivery of high quality services to County residents in need.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, that the Sauk County Board of Supervisors expresses its sincere appreciation and admiration for Steve Drexler’s 23 faithful years of service to the people of Sauk County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors is hereby directed on behalf of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to present Steve Drexler with an appropriate certificate and commendation to express our highest esteem for his extraordinary contributions to our community.
