ACCEPT PROPOSAL FOR ONE (1) BRUSH CHIPPER

The 2018 Sauk County Budget authorized $650,000 for equipment replacement.  As part of that equipment replacement, the Highway Department will be replacing one brush chipper.  Notice was printed in the Official Sauk County Newspaper and distributed to vendors requesting bids for a brush chipper to meet the Departments Specifications. Highway and Parks Committee has agreed to accept the following proposal, which met specifications subject to County Board approval.  This resolution would authorize the Highway Commissioner to approve change orders to the original purchase, not to exceed 10% of the total cost.
