Commending Kathy Geffert for Over 9 Years of Service to the People of Sauk County

Background:  It is the custom of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to recognize individuals who have served the people of Sauk County with distinction.  Kathy faithfully served the people of Sauk County as a psychiatric registered nurse for over 9 years of devotion to her chosen profession and she provided exceptional service which contributed greatly to the safety, stability, and overall wellbeing of families.  Kathy maintained professional and ethical integrity while serving in a stressful career.  Kathy was an essential team member in the Community Support Program which assisted Sauk County residents with coping with mental illness, and greatly contributed to the Sauk County Department of Human Services’ quality of services.

                NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, that the Sauk County Board of Supervisors expresses its sincere appreciation and admiration for Kathy Geffert’s faithful years of service to the people of Sauk County.

                AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors is hereby directed on behalf of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to present Kathy Geffert with an appropriate certificate and commendation to express our highest esteem for her extraordinary contributions to our community.
