Sauk County Highway Department will be accepting sealed bids no later than

Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. for the following materials.

                        CRS-2, CRS-2P, HFRS-2, HFRS-2P    Emulsion per gallon

                        CRS-2, CRS-2P. HFRS-2, HFRS-2P    Emulsion per gallon applied

Price for Emulsion per gallon should have depot location for pick up by Sauk County.  Price quoted for gallon applied should be for actual asphalt delivered and applied to various locations in Sauk County. Payment will be made based upon the actual amount of Material delivered to Sauk County; whether that be FOB County truck or whether it is Material physically delivered to the project and incorporated into the work. No unit price exception, exclusion, price change, or request for additional payment may be implemented in relation to this project for variation from the unit quantity.
