Subject:           Bid Proposals on Ready Mixed Concrete, Gravel Products, Hot Mix, Cold Mix,  and Winter Patch

To Whom it May Concern:

Sauk County Highway Department will be accepting sealed bids for 2021 materials listed above.

Note:  Some of these materials are to be used on CHIP Local Road Improvement Projects.

We would appreciate your bid no later than Monday, March 8, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.

Bids envelopes are to be marked “2021 Material Bid.”  Bids should include unit prices and location of source or plant that material will be available at.

4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
