The Sauk County Health Care Center (SCHCC) is accepting bids for one (1) compact utility tractor with attachments to be used for maintenance of the grounds of the Sauk County Health Care Center.  The minimum specifications and attachment needs are listed below.   

General Specifications: (Equivalent equipment as determined by the SCHCC)

Tractor, 4x4, 31 PTO hp, deluxe cab with air ride seat, Hydrostatic, Turf tires

Loader, sgl lever control                                  

Front rotary 60” broom                                    

Front 59” snow blower

Quick attaching front equipment           

                                                Pallet forks 42”                                   

Grooming 3-pt mower  84” w/ rear discharge               

                                                6 year Commercial drive train warranty

Equipment specified must include all required additional equipment and components. List individually.

Sealed bids are due March 11th at 12 pm at the SCHCC and marked “Tractor Bid”

Bids shall be valid for 30 days after bid date.

The SCHCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as determined to be in the best interest of the SCHCC. Bids will be opened on March 11th at 1pm in the SCHCC Board Room.

The Bidder shall assure all attachments or options required for operation are included in the bid. (Listed individually)

The Bidder reserves the right to show non-required options/alternate equipment and pricing for possible consideration by the SCHCC. List on separate pages and mark as “Options/Alternates”

All equipment shall be delivered and set-up with in 45 of the awarding of the bid.

The provisions of warranty shall be provided at the time of bidding.

The bid is to include all setup and delivery charges.

The bid will include the operators manual, parts manual and service manual. (Website, CD or hard copy)

The Bidder shall provide, at no cost to the facility, up to 2 hours on-site training for all the SCHCC Maintenance staff at the time of delivery.

All equipment shall be new, 2019 model year and have a new appearance.

Payment upon invoicing to follow the Sauk County’s normal accounting policy and schedule.

Percentage of payment will be based on items delivered.
