6:00 PM – PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 2021 SAUK COUNTY BUDGET: Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 65.90, for the purpose of soliciting comments from the public regarding the 2022 Sauk County Budget.

Chair McCumber announced that any minors whose parents are not present would not be allowed to speak during Public Comment.
Point of Order (Gibson) questioning the Chair’s decision as to whether the minors present should be prohibited from speaking.
Karen DeSanto, Executive Director, Boys & Girls Club of Wisconsin, notified Chair McCumber that each of the children had a signed permission slip from their parents, and that the Boys & Girls Club were acting as guardians on the parents behalf. After taking that information into consideration, Chair McCumber allowed the minors to speak during Public Comment.

TRI-COUNTY AIRPORT COMMISSION:
Resolution 93-2021 Authorizing An Easement Over Tri-County Airport Property For Water Drainage. MOTION (Polivka/Gruber). Supervisor Nelson pointed out that the “Grantor” and “Grantee” terms were reversed on the addendum. Corporation Counsel will make the corrections. VOTE: AYES: (29) Czuprynko, Spencer, Eberl, Rego, Klitzke, Scanlon, Deitrich, Bychinski, Krueger, Flint,Curry, White Eagle, Gibson, Schell, Dorner, Reppen, Nelson, Hazard, Bushweiler, Stevens, Polivka, Riek, Gruber, Detter, Chrisler, Stehling, McAuliffe, Lohr and McCumber.
