Statement of Work from Zuercher to add a standby server to Law Enforcement System installation

In 2018, Resolution 101-2018 authorized the purchase of a replacement law enforcement and public safety system.  The proposed solution did not include a warm standby server that would provide failover redundancy in the event of a hardware or facility failure impacting the primary system.  This is a statement of work to purchase and install such a server.  The resolution allowed for change orders of up to $24,000, in addition to the $380,000 authorized for the purchase of the system.  This would be the first change order authorized for this project.
