This Agreement, by and between Ulrike Maja Gruenberg, dba Gruenberg Institute, LLC, located at 623 Vine St Apt 203, Wisconsin Dells (hereinafter, “Contractor”) and Sauk County (“County”) with a principal place of business at 505 Broadway, Ste. 372, Baraboo, WI, 53913, is for photography, web site content, and youth/school engagement services.

 

In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:

 

Contracting Services: Contractor shall provide the services described below:

With her background in Child and Youth Psychology and experience in group coaching, Ms. Gruenberg will conduct Youth Focus Groups within Sauk County and lead outreach to and engagement of youth, schools, and youth serving organizations for Sauk County Public Health.

Ms. Gruenberg is also a photographer and will furthermore provide photographs as well as consultation, content, and design services to support Sauk County Partnership for Prevention websites. She will conduct photo sessions with coalition members and coalition initiatives to best represent the coalition efforts and Sauk County.

 

Responsibilities of the Contractor include:

 

Connect with the Sauk County high schools to prepare for youth focus groups
Work out an itinerary for the implementation of the group interviews at each school
Work with the respective high school principals and counselors on getting parental permission and the set up of groups according to each high school’s needs
Conduct and record the youth focus groups or assist in conducting should a school decide they would prefer to implement the groups themselves
Deliver focus group data and feedback to Sauk County Public Health
Set up meetings with coalition members for photo shoots best representing different areas of Sauk County
Document different Partnership for Prevention coalition initiatives in the county 
Present photographs to the coalition subcommittee for review
Deliver photos for inclusion in the Partnership for Prevention websites.
Provide consultation services on website content and design.  

 

Compensation: In consideration of the completion of the SERVICES, the County shall pay the Contractor as follows:

an hourly rate of $50 for up to 80 hours total.  

 

This agreement will remain in effect through the end of the project period of September 30, 2022 unless terminated in writing by mutual agreement pursuant to the terms of this contract.
