SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Contractor enters into this Contract with County to deliver evaluation services in an effort to assess the activities of the COSSUP-funded Navigating Recovery project to examine the extent to which the program was implemented as intended, to assess whether the program met its intended goals and what measurable effects it had on its target population, and to help determine whether the program’s outcomes justify the investment.
