This is an agreement between Sauk County (“County”) and the Town of Woodland (“Town”)
pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.0301 authorizing the enforcement of the Sauk County Ordinances pertaining to park entrance fees to a boat landing in the Town of Woodland. The Sauk County Board of Supervisors approved such enforcement on May 20, 2003, by Ordinance No. 90-03.
