WHEREAS, Sauk County wishes to improve a snowmobile trail at White Mound County Park.
WHEREAS, Sauk County applied for funding for the snowmobile trail improvements and was awarded a reimbursement grant in the amount of $40,000.
WHEREAS, Sauk County advertised for a Request for Bids on February 9, 2023 and four (4) bids were received by the deadline established on March 2, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
WHEREAS, an evaluation of the proposals was conducted by the appropriate Land Resources and Environment staff against the criteria specified in the RFB.
WHEREAS, Judd Excavating, LLC was selected and approved by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors on March 21, 2023.
