Senior Farmer's Market Checks are still available! Our distribution dates have passed, but we still have a limited number of checks available. Stop into the office to sign up soon, we anticipate them going fast!
Each summer, the ADRC helps distribute the Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition checks. These checks are provided to seniors by the USDA to encourage them to shop at local farmer's markets and to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Eligible households receive $25.00 in checks which are spent just like cash at approved farmer's markets and farm stands.

Sauk County is currently working on the development of the Sauk County Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan. The Plan will provide guidance for the next five years in developing the County park system to accommodate the growing outdoor recreation needs and interests of residents and visitors.
The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete. Please answer all questions for yourself; if other members of your household want to participate, they should fill out the survey separately.

Join us for Strong Bodies; a program for anyone over 40 looking to learn healthy stretches and exercises. Strong Bodies will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting July 8th and runs through August 23rd at Red Dragon Martial Arts ( 820 Water Street, Sauk City, WI, 53583). There is a one-time registration fee of $5 that can be paid at the first class you attend. Please arrive 10 minutes early your first class to fill out paperwork.
