Victim drop off - St. Clare Hospital

Pontiac Vibe

On Saturday, September 25th, 2021, at about 12:15 am, two people in a red 4 door hatchback vehicle pulled up near the entrance of St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, WI., removed a man who had significant head and facial injuries among others and laid him on the curb of the hospital. They assisted another person who was already at the hospital in getting the victim into a wheelchair and left the scene without speaking with hospital staff or Law Enforcement.

The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify these two people to determine what their involvement was and what information they may have as to how the victim came to be in that condition.

The attached photo, along with others, are in the process of enhancement which will provide much clearer photos to work with, however, we believe the vehicle is a red or maroon Hatchback Pontiac Vibe, Ford Focus or similar vehicle.

The victim was last seen in the Merrimac area prior to arriving at St. Clare Hospital.

If you know of this incident and have information, know someone who has a vehicle like the one shown in the photo or if you are one of these two people who brought the victim to the hospital, you are encouraged and asked to contact Detective Drew Bulin of the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office at 608-355-4406
