Sheriff’s Deputies, Dells-Delton Ambulance, and Delton Fire were immediately sent to the scene.
Upon their arrival, Emergency Responders found a total of four vehicles involved in this crash; therefore, additional resources were requested from Wisconsin State Patrol and Baraboo District Ambulance.
The initial investigation revealed that a 2008 Ford Edge operated by Amber Blackcoon, age 20, of Baraboo, WI, was southbound on USH 12 and ran a red light at the intersection of STH 33, striking a 2005 Toyota Sequoia, operated by Thomas Holt, age 62, of Baraboo, WI, as this vehicle was turning northbound on USH 12 from STH 33. This collision caused the Toyota Sequoia to strike a 2007 Buick Lucerne, operated by Mary Arnold, age 52, of Baraboo, WI, and then roll onto its side against a traffic signal light. Debris from the Toyota struck a northbound vehicle operated by Bonnie Craren, age 50, of Baraboo, WI.

As a result of this investigation, Blackcoon has been charged with Causing Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Offense, Knowingly Operating While Revoked and Causing Injury, Operating After Revocation 2nd Offense, and Failure to Obey Red Light.
