Two Males Arrested for Multiple Burglaries

On May 31, 2012, Rocky A. Foust, age 45, of Muscoda, and a 15 year old juvenile from Richland County, were arrested by Sauk County Sheriffs Detectives following a large burglary investigation in the Town of Spring Green. Both Foust and the juvenile were charged with eight counts of Burglary, Arming Oneself While Committing A Burglary, and Possession Of Burglar Tools. In addition Foust was charged with Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor, and the juvenile was charge with and additional count of Entry To A Locked Vehicle.

On May 31, 2012 at approximately 11:39 P.M., a Sauk County Sheriffs Deputy observed two subjects acting suspiciously at Florence Laudon Park. The two subjects were identified as Foust and the juvenile. After the Deputy received conflicting information about their activities, Sheriff's Detectives were contacted. Interviews from both Foust and the juvenile resulted in their arrest and the recovery of numerous stolen items. Stolen items recovered included firearms, mini bikes, satellite radios, MP3 players, martial arts weaponry, fishing equipment, numerous knives, and hunting equipment.

Foust was incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail and the juvenile was placed in a secure detention facility.
