PAC 5th Offense
On Sunday, October 17th, 2021 at approximately 11:17 AM a deputy with the Sauk County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Highway 23 at Hickory Road in the township of Franklin.
The original reason for stop was a license plate violation. During contact with the operator who was identified as Eric Ducy, age 36 of Cashton, the deputy noted several empty alcohol containers in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. Upon a check of Ducy's driving status it was confirmed that he was subject to a .02 alcohol restriction. Ducy was submitted to field sobriety testing and at the conclusion was arrested for operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration, 5th offense.
