OWI 5th
On Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at approximately 6:45 PM, a sergeant from the Sauk County Sheriff's Office observed a vehicle not stop at the stop sign on Berkley Blvd at West Pine St in the Village of West Baraboo. The sergeant stopped the vehicle and made contact with the operator who was identified as Frank L Di Domenico, age 35 of Baraboo.
While speaking to Di Domenico, the sergeant observed signs of impairment. Di Domenico was asked to do field sobriety tests and as a result of those tests, Di Domenico was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense.
Charges of Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense and Felony Bail Jumping are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney's Office.
