OWI 5th

On March 19th, 2020 at approximately 5:06 PM a Sauk County deputy conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of CTH BD and North Reedsburg Road in the township of Delton.

The operator of the vehicle, identified as Nicholas Lavigne age 38 of Baraboo, exhibited signs of impairment during the contact with the deputy. Field sobriety testing was conducted and as a result Lavigne was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 5th offense, operating after revocation, possession of narcotic drugs, and a Probation violation.
