On Thursday June 25, 2020 at 2:04 AM a Sauk County Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for lane deviation on US Hwy 12 in the town of Prairie Du Sac. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Derek L. Arrigo, age 32 of Plover.
While in contact with Arrigo the deputy noticed signs of impairment and administered field sobriety tests. As a result of the deputy's observations and the field sobriety tests Arrigo was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 5th offense. Arrigo was transported to the Sauk County Jail.
