OWI 4th W/Minor in Vehicle
On Monday, October 12th, 2020 at approximately 5:44 PM a detective with the Sauk County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on State Highway 113 near Solum Lane in the Town of Merrimac.
The suspect vehicle was a 2000 Toyota Camry being operated by Nathan Kropp, age 39 of Reedsburg. During contact with Kropp the detective noted signs of impairment and a deputy responded to assist with field sobriety testing. As a result of the testing, Kropp was arrested for 4th offense Operating While Intoxicated with a passenger under 16 years old. Probation and Parole also placed a hold on Kropp and he was transported to the Sauk County Jail.
