OWI 4th, Possession with intent to deliver heroin arrest

On Friday, October 23rd, 2020 at approximately 5:53 PM the Sauk County dispatch center was notified of a driving complaint involving a red Nissan Altima that was all over the road while traveling northbound on CTH A near Trap Shoot Road. The caller reported that the Nissan had crossed the center line into oncoming traffic several times, as well as driving on the shoulder of the road.

The Nissan was located on CTH A just prior to entering the Village of Lake Delton by a Lake Delton officer and a Sauk County deputy. A traffic stop was conducted with the Nissan in the Village of Lake Delton. The driver of the Nissan was identified by a revoked Wisconsin driver's license as Michael Coder, age 51 of Baraboo. During the traffic stop Coder showed signs of impairment. As a result Coder was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 4th offense. Coder was also arrested for possession with intent to deliver heroin, felony bail jumping, operating after revocation, and he was cited for several other traffic violations .  Coder was transported to the Sauk County Jail.
