On Saturday, January 14, 2023 at approximately 1:49PM, a Sergeant from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 58 near Pierce Road in the Township of LaValle. The Sergeant made contact with the operator, who was identified as Jenny L Poulson, age 56, of Cazenovia.
While speaking to Poulson, the Sergeant observed signs of impairment. Poulson was asked to perform field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, Poulson was placed under arrest for Operating while Intoxicated 4th Offense.
Charges of Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense, Operating after Suspension, Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle, and Felony Bail Jumping are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office.
