OWI 4

On Monday, September 5, 2022 at approximately 3:09 AM, a Deputy from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the area of Golf Course Rd. and Eagle Ridge Court for the report of a possible traffic crash in the Township of Reedsburg.  Officers with the Reedsburg Police Department arrived on scene and determined that there was not a traffic crash, however, the operator of the motor vehicle may be impaired.  The operator of the motor vehicle was identified as Jennifer Torres, age 36, of the Wisconsin Dells.  

After arriving on scene and speaking with Torress, the Deputy observed signs of impairment. Torres was asked to perform field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, Torres was placed under arrest for Operating While Intoxicated 4^th Offense.

Charges of Operating While Intoxicated 4^th Offense and Keep Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office.
