On Friday, January 15th, 2021 at approximately 4:02 PM the Sauk County dispatch center received a driving complaint about a car all over the road on STH 58 near CTH G in the Township of Ironton.
Sauk County deputies responded to the area and found the car in stuck the ditch on Frank Road. Deputies identified the operator of the vehicle as Santos Alvarado, age 24 of Mt. Pleasant Texas. During contact with Alvarado deputies noted signs of impairment. Alvarado submitted to field sobriety testing and as a result was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 3rd offense, felony bail jumping, and obstructing an officer.
