OWI 3

On March 15th, 2020 at approximately 3:16am a Sauk County sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on STH 60 near Rainbow Road in the Township of Spring Green. The offending vehicle, a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and was being driven by Michael J. Aeschlimann, age 31 of Merrimac.

During initial contact with Michael, the deputy noted signs of impairment. Michael was asked to submit to field sobriety testing and was ultimately arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 3rd offense and cited for speeding. He was then transported to the Sauk County Jail.
