OWI 10th
On February 29th, 2020 at approximately 9:19 PM a Sauk County sheriff's deputy conducted a traffic stop on Kennedy Road near Porter Road in the Township of Spring Green.
The deputy made contact with the operator of a 2002 Buick sedan who was identified as Paul Marzahl, age 50 of Spring Green. During the contact the deputy noted signs of impairment from Marzahl. Marzahl performed field sobriety tests and was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 10th Offense. Additionally, Marzahl was charged with obstructing an officer, two counts of bail jumping, and a probation violation. Marzahl was transported to the Sauk County Jail.
