Heroin Warrant

NEWS RELEASE
 
 
On September 27th, 2013, Sauk County Sheriff's Deputies and Officers with the Sauk County Drug Task Force, in response to an on-going investigation regarding the sales of heroin and other illegal drugs within Sauk County, executed a Search Warrant at a residence located in the Village of LaValle in northwestern Sauk County. As a result of this Search Warrant, THOMAS R. KREIMAN, 24 years of age, was arrested and taken to the Sauk County Jail for the following offenses:
 
​SS 961.41(1)(D)(1) Manufacture / Delivery of Heroin, - 3 counts – Class “F” Felony
​SS 961.41(1m)(D)(2)Possession with intent to deliver Heroin – within 1000 feet of a school
​SS 961.42 Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place – Class “I” Felony
​SS 961.41(1m)(H)(1) Possession with Intent to Deliver THC – Class “I” Felony
​SS 961.573 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – class “A” Misdemeanor
​SS 961.41(3g)(B) Possession of other Drugs, Schedule 3 Narcotics – Class “A” Misdemeanor
 
Heroin, Marijuana, Prescription Pill, Drug Paraphernalia, US Currency, and Firearms were all seized during this warrant execution.

The Sauk County Drug Task Force consists of members from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, Baraboo Police Department, Sauk Prairie Police Department, Reedsburg Police Department, Lake Delton Police Department, Spring Green / Plain Police Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
