Crash results in OWI 4th Arrest
On February 6th, 2019 at approximately 4:20pm the Sauk County Communications Center was notified of a one car motor vehicle crash on Hogsback Road near Old Highway 33 in the Town of Baraboo. An investigation revealed that a vehicle was traveling on Hogsback Road, left the roadway and was found unoccupied in the ditch. The operator of the vehicle was located by Sauk County deputies walking away from crash scene.
The operator of the vehicle was Dustin A. Mann, age 32 of North Freedom, WI. During the subsequent investigation and his performance on field sobriety test, Mann showed evidence of impairment. Mann was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense and transported to the Sauk County Jail.
A charge of Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense is a Class H Felony.
