Baraboo Man Arrested on Several Drug Related Charges

On January 17, 2013, the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant, in conjunction with a death investigation, at a residence in the Town of Dellona. On April 18, 2013, as a result of the search warrant and subsequent investigation, Daniel P. Platt, age 36, from Baraboo was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver THC, Possession with Intent to Deliver Schedule II Narcotic, Maintaining a Drug Dwelling, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

If convicted Platt could face 57 years of imprisonment, a fine up to $35,000 or both.

Platt currently remains in the Sauk County Jail.
