1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda.
3. Discussion and Action Adopting Minutes of Previous Meeting.
   1. Ad Hoc Meeting – September 28, 2023.
4. Public Comment.
5. Discussion and Approval of Vouchers.
6. Project Update.
7. It is anticipated that the Committee may enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)€ for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.  (Topic: Asphalt Specifications, Schedule, Acceptable Site Conditions for Acceptance).  A roll call vote will be taken to go into closed session and return to open session.
