NOTICE

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on September 29, 2020, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider: 

I.    A.    Petition 22-2020. A petition from Brenda and Dustan Thompson, to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s. 7.039(5)(i) for a kennel.  Said conditional use is located in the Town of Bear Creek, Sauk County. 

            Lands affected by the proposed use are located on real estate described as the NW ¼, of the SE ¼ and the SW ¼ of the SE ¼  of Section 9, T9N, R3E, and including CSM 2763, Lot 1, Town of Bear Creek, and as further described in Petition 22-2020.

Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.

II.   A.    The purpose of the proposed conditional use is to allow for a kennel.
