Public Notice Right of Hearing - Combined Legal Notice - Marcus & Lollie Wheeler c/o Chris & Lea Ann Gieck, Connie Hartje/CK Hartje LLC, Nelson Yoder

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on April 27, 2021, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider:

 

 

1.    Petition 06-2021. A petition from Marcus & Lollie Wheeler c/o Chris & Lea Ann Gieck to consider a rezone from a  Resource Conservancy to a Recreation Commercial zoning district and conditional use permits for a Recreation Facility, Outdoor pursuant to s. 7.035(3) and Campground pursuant to s. 7.036(2) and Resort pursuant s. 7.036(6) of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance. Said rezone and conditional uses are located in the Town of Baraboo, Sauk County. 

     

      Lands affected by the proposed rezone and conditional uses are located in the part of the NW¼, of the NW¼ and SW ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 14, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, and as further described in Petition 6-2021. 2.    Petition 07-2021. A petition from Connie Hartje/ CK Hartje LLC, to consider a conditional use permit for an multiple family dwelling, 2 units, pursuant to s. 7.037(4)(d) Said existing conditional use is located in the Town of La Valle, Sauk County. 

 

      Lands affected by the proposed conditional use are located in part of the SE¼, NW¼, Section 22, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, and as further described in Petition 07-2021. 3.    Petition 08-2021. A petition from Nelson Yoder to consider an expansion to a structure where an existing conditional use permit has been approved, pursuant to s. 7.151(12) on land owned by Nelson Yoder..  Said existing conditional use is located in the Town of Bear Creek, Sauk County. 

 

      Lands affected by the proposed conditional use are located in the NW ¼, NW ¼  of Section 2, Town 10 North, Range 3 East,  CSM 6616 LOT 1, Town of Bear Creek, and as further described in Petition 08-2021.
