Meeting called to order by Detter at 4:30 p.m. Compliance with Open Meeting Law was met (WIS. STAT. 19.84) 2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by Gruber to adopt the Agenda, z,a by Chrisler, Motion Canied 3. Adopt draft minutes of the November 3rd meeting: Motion by Chrisler to adopt the draft minutes, 2°• by Gruber. Motion Carried. 4. Public Comment- Lori Hasenbalg spoke to the committee regarding the ATV trail 5. Communications- none 6. Business Items: a. Treasurer's Report- no updates 7. Buildings, Communicationsffowers & Landfill Updates-Ian Crammond a. Building Services Monthly Report-Ian & William reviewed the monthly report with the Committee. b. Communications Monthly Report- Ian l'eviewed the communications repol't with the Committee. c. Courthouse/Human Services Reedsburg Construction Update Ian discussed the progress of the construction sites. d. Update on items completed to date on the possible ATV trail at the closed Sauk County Landfill - i. Meeting date set for joint Town and Committee meeting: Meeting will be on Monday, December 121', 2022 @5:30 pm in room 213 of the West Square Administration Building- no action ii. Discussion on possible agenda items for joint meeting with Town of Excelsior on December 12th- no action iii.Discussion and possible action on updating the existing land use plan at the closed Sauk County Landfill Endangered species survey (possible action on conducting surveys)-Ian will provide pricing on conducting the surveys iv. Discussion and possible action contracting with -------- to study the identified species out at the closed Sauk County Landfill- no action taken e. Discussion on possibly action to contract with .for upgrading the existing camera at the Law Enforcement Center Motion by Chrisler to contract with SGTS Inc. fol' upgrading the existing camera at the Law Enforcement Center, 2nd by Spencer. Motion Carried f. Discussion on possibly action to contract with Furlong Industrial Systems for rebuilding the cooling tower at the West Square Administration Building Motion by Spencer to contract with Furlong Industrial Systems for rebuilding the cooling tower at the West Square Administration Building, 2nd by Gruber. Motion Canied g. Update and possible further discussion on possibly accepting a bench memorial on the Sauk County Courthouse lawn- Ian will seek guidance from Corporation Counsel to form a County Policy 8. Building Services Capital Project updates- Ian discussed the Capital Project updates 9. Review and Approval of Vouchers: Motion by Gruber to approve the vouchers in the amount of$ 70,805.88 z,a by Chrisler. Motion Carried. 10. Next Meeting: January 5th, 2022 @4:30 pm. 11. It is anticipated that the Committee may enter closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. S. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Topic: Performance Evaluation of Facilities Director, Ian Crammond).
