      a.    Departmental Report

      b.   Discussion and action on granting permission to Ron and Sue Goette to divide property covered by a conservation easement for purposes of selling to the DNR.

      c.    Report on the status of the survey for the Tri-County Airport.

      d.   Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit (PUD Petition 9-2009) to create a Planned Unit Development of 1-acre more or less residential lot in Section 6, T.9N.-R.4E, Town of Franklin, Sauk County by Needham Trust c/o James R. Needham in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.12 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.

      e.    Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit to create a Planned Unit Development of 1-acre more or less residential lot in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 6, T.9N.-R.4E, Town of Franklin, Sauk County by Robert Yanke in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.12 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.

      f.    Discussion and action on a resolution to apply for a shoreland grant with the Department of Natural Resources.
