a. Petition # 4 - 2010. A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Excelsior, County of Sauk, Wisconsin, from a Resource Conservancy 5 to an Agricultural Zoning District. Lands are owned by Myrna Armstrong c/o Glen and Karen Stieve.
b. Petition #5 2010. A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Spring Green, County of Sauk, Wisconsin, from a Resource Conservancy 35 to an Agricultural Zoning District. Lands are owned by Dale & Judith Clark.

Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit to create a Planned Unit Development of 5-acre more or less residential lot in Section 11, T.10N.-R.5E, Town of Honey Creek, Sauk County by James & Kathleen Belfanz in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.12 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.

Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit to create a Planned Unit Development of 4.99-acre more or less residential lot in Section 30, T.11N.-R.4E, Town of Westfield, Sauk County by the Estate of Helen Meyer c/o Ann Leapke, Personal Representative in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.12 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.

Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit to create a Planned Unit Development of 1-acre more or less residential lot in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 6, T.9N.-R.4E, Town of Franklin, Sauk County by Robert Yanke in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.12 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
