- Adopt Minutes of Previous Meetings. Motion by Volz, seconded by Halfen.

- Muchow read article from the Wisconsin State Journal regarding snowplowing driveways. Koenig read letter from Corp Counsel regarding property owner encroaching on County property at Lake Redstone.

- Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.
- Motion by Gaalswyk, seconded by Meister to approve December 2009 bills in the amount of $ 15,247.25.

- Update on Dam Projects.
- Motion by Hartje, seconded by Halfen to send out request for bids for the Redstone and Mirror Lake Dam rehabilitation projects.
- Motion carried.

- Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.
- Motion by Gaalswyk, seconded by Halfen to approve December 2009 bills in the amount of $ 405,202.04.

- Discuss Filling of Vacant Employee Position due to Retirement.
- Motion by Volz, seconded by Meister to approve filling of vacant position.

- Discuss Road Salt Storage and Sales. Discussion followed.
- Discuss WCHA Winter Conference Agenda.

- Discuss Door Replacements at Baraboo Shop.
- Discuss Winter Maintenance Costs for December 2009.
- Consider Resolution Commending Robert Hess For Years of Service.
- Motion by Halfen, seconded by Meister to approve Resolution commending Robert Hess for Years of Service.

- Discuss Possible Sale of Surplus Lots at Sauk County Community Forest. Discussion followed.
- Next Meeting. Motion by Volz, seconded by Meister to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
