A report from Joe Pratner was read regarding parking violations at LaValle boat landings.

a. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.
Motion by Meister, seconded by Gaalswyk to approve November 2009 bills in the amount of $ 10,844.38. Halfen abstained.

b. Approve Fees and Charges.

c. Approve Tree Cutting on Redstone Dam.
Motion by Halfen, seconded by Volz to approve Ruhland Industries to cut trees at Redstone Dam in trade for the timber that is cut.
Motion carried.
d. Discuss Abandoning Wells at Redstone and White Mound Parks. Discussion followed.
Motion by Volz, seconded by Halfen to abandon and properly seal two wells at White Mound Park.
Motion carried.
e. Discuss Property Buyouts in Redstone Dam-break zone. Discussion followed.

c. Review and Approval of County Highway Six Year Improvement Program.
Motion by Volz, seconded by Meister to approve Sauk County Highway Six Year Plan.

d. Discuss County Highway Construction Program for 2010.

f. Discuss Storage Building Construction at Baraboo Facility.

g. Consider Purchase of Replacement Radio Equipment.
Motion by Meister, seconded by Volz to approve purchase of radio equipment not to exceed $ 7,946.24.
