a. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.
Motion by Gaalswyk, seconded by Meister to approve August 2009 bills in the amount of
$ 7,801.89.

b. Review Initial Rehabilitation Plans For Redstone Dam.
Motion by Volz, seconded by Meister to give Koenig authority to solicit for bids for the Redstone Dam rehabilitation pending DNR approval of the plan.
Halfen abstained from voting.

7. Department: Highway
a. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.
Motion by Halfen, seconded by Meister to approve August 2009 bills in the amount of
$ 1,416,629.82.

b. Review and Approve Resolution for County Aid to Townships for Bridge Repair.
Motion by Volz, seconded by Halfen to approve Resolution for County Aid to Townships for Bridge Repair.
