Motion by Gaalswyk, seconded by Sprecher to approve December 2008 bills in the amount of $ 2,037.26 and January 2009 bills in the amount of $ 13,035.87.

b. Review Agreements With Town of La Valle and Town of Woodland for Entrance Fee Program.

c. Approve Resolution for Engineering Services for Lake Redstone and Delton Dam Repairs.
Motion by Meister, seconded by Volz to approve Resolution for Engineering Services for Lake Redstone and Delton Dam Repairs.

d. Discuss and Approve Chapter 10 Ordinance Revisions. Discussion followed.

a. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.
Motion by Volz, seconded by Gaalswyk to approve December 2008 bills in the amount of
$ 13,563.71 and January 2009 bills in the amount of $ 447,650.30.

b. Review and Approval of Employee Requests for Vacation Carryovers.
Duane Alt - 36.5 hours Dean Darling - 119 hours
Kevin Ketelboeter - 200 hours Thomas Sliter - 102.5 hours
Motion by Meister, seconded by Gaalswyk to approve vacation carryovers.

c. Review and Approval of Replacement for Fire Damaged Asphalt Patch Wagon.
Motion by Meister, seconded by Sprecher to approve replacement for fire damaged Asphalt Patch Wagon from Sherwin Industries in the amount after trade of $ 21,321.00.
Motion carried.

d. Consider Purchase of Used Motor Grader. Discussion followed.
Motion by Meister, seconded by Sprecher to approve purchase of one (1) used Motor Grader from Aring Equipment in the amount after trade of $ 94,000.00.

e. Consider Request of Speed Limit Reduction on CTH I by Village of North Freedom.
Motion by Volz, seconded by Sprecher to approve request of speed limit reduction on
CTH I by Village of North Freedom.

f. Discuss Equipment Purchases for 2009.

h. Consider Repairs to West Baraboo Highway Shop Facility.

i. Review and Approve Resolution Commending Kenneth Radke for Years of Service.
Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Meister to approve Resolution commending Kenneth Radke for years of service.

j. Discuss Retaining Wall Replacement Located in the Village of Plain. Discussion followed.
Motion by Hartje, seconded by Volz to take no action on the matter until the Village of Plain forces the County to take action.
