Revolving Loan Fund Committee

Others present: Karna Hanna, Kathy Schauf, applicants

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 9:00 a.m.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Bruner, second by Stevens. Motion carried. Motion by Bruner, second by Schluter, to approve the minutes from the prior meeting. Motion carried .

Communications

TID 8 boundaries from the City of Baraboo .

Motion by Bruner, second by Schluter, to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations." Discussion of Flood Relief Small Business loans and Revolving Loan Fund. Motion carried: Ayes: Bychinski, Stevens, Bruner, Fleming, Schluter. Nayes: none.

Motion by Stevens, second by Bruner to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.

Motion by Bruner, second by Schluter, to forward loan recommendations for the Flood Relief Small Business Loan to the Board. Motion carried.

Motion by Bruner, second by Fleming, to approve the resolution accepting CDBG-EAP funds and delegating authority to the RLF committee for loan management. Motion carried.

Jack Schluter recused himself from the voting on the RLF application. Motion by Bruner, second by Fleming to forward loan recommendations for RLF Loan to the Board of Supervisors in the amount of $80,000 to The Broadway Diner. Motion carried.

Next meeting July 22, 2009 at 8 a.m.

Motion by Bruner, second by Fleming, to adjourn. Motion carried.
