The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 10:00 a.m.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Stevens, second by LaRowe. Motion carried.

Motion by Stevens, second by Fleming, to approve the minutes from the prior meeting. Motion carried .

Public Comment:None

Communications:

Update on CDBG-EAP and FEMA buyout use of CDBG funds.

Motion by Fleming, second by Stevens, to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations." Discussion of Flood Relief Small Business loans. Motion carried: Ayes: Bychinski, Stevens, Schluter, Fleming; LaRowe. Nayes: none.

Motion by Schluter, second by LaRowe to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.

Motion by Stevens, second by Schluter to forward loan recommendations for the Flood Relief Small Business Loans to the County Board.

Motion carried .
