  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes from prior meeting.
  4. Public Comment.
  5. Communications.
  6. Consideration of a resolution Accepting the CDBG-EAP Supplemental Award and Granting Authority to the Revolving Loan Fund Committee to Process Loan Requests.
  7. Possible closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations." Discussion of loan requests for FRSB, RLF and CDBG-EAP.
  8. Reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.
  9. Consideration of loan request.
  10. Next meeting date(s) and agenda items.
