      i. Possible format: Planning & Zoning 1st meeting of month, other departments 2nd meeting of month to go along with the public hearing.
    5. Discussion and possible action on an Amendment to a PUD condition for Gene & Dorris Alt.
    6. Discussion and possible action on 2010 Budget.
  8. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately at 10:00 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).

    a. Petition # 12-2009. Ordinance Amendment. A petition to amend the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance. The amendment, seeks to provide clarity with which to administer the zoning code as it relates to the regulation of sawmills and permitting of biofuel manufacturing.
