   4. Discussion and possible action on sawmills as they pertain to Sauk County Code of Ordinances Chapter 7.
   5. Discussion and reconsider the conditions for the application for a conditional use permit to create a 4.21 acre residential lot in Section 31, T10N, R4E, Town of Franklin, Sauk County by Freida Brei, in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c)of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances. CUP #2-2009
   6. Discussion and possible action on ordinance amendment to Chapter 22 Land Division and Subdivision Regulations relative to the definition of access easement and lot access and frontage requirements.
   7. Discussion and possible action on a petition to amend Chapter 7 Sauk County Zoning Ordinance relative to permit issuance and Planning & Zoning Department functions.
   8. Update on County Road A nonmetallic mining operation.
