ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Michael & Margeret Kessenich, (SP-43-09), special exception permits to authorize a drinking and eating establishment in which liquor and/or malt beverages are served or sold, play/sports fields with nightlighting and a campground. The property is described as: abandoned plat of LaRue, part of blocks 1 & 2, part of the SW¼, NW¼, Section 15, Town 11 North, Range 5 East, Town of Freedom, tax parcel 016-0782-00000 and owned by Michael and Margeret Kessenich.
    2. LL JBP, LLC, (SP-38-09), a special exception permit to authorize the renewal and expansion of a contractors storage yard and warehousing. The property is described as: lot 2 CSM 4406, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 15 and lot1 CSM 5472, part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, Section 22, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
