ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. The Kraemer Co., (SP-29-09), a special exception permit to authorize the renewal and expansion of an existing quarry. The property is described as: S950 County Road Q, part of the W ½, SW ¼, section 17 and part of the E ½, SE ¼, section 18, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland.
    2. Plum Valley Investment, LLC., (SP-30-09), a special exception permit to authorize a riding stable and campground. The property is described as: S360 County Road G, lot 1 CSM 5769, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 2, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland.
    3. Lake Redstone Protection District & the Town of La Valle, (SP-31-09), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of Lake Redstone. The property is described as: lot 10 and the public access between lots 10 & 11, Mourning Dove addition to Lake Redstone part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 14, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
    4. Don & Katie Pfaff, (SP-32-09), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of a proposed machine shop. The property is described as: E8359 County Road H, lot 1 CSM 4459, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 21, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
