ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Kevin & Michelle Statz, (SP-26-09), a special exception permit to authorize the
      proposed filling and grading within 300 feet of Lake Wisconsin to landscape an
      existing residence. The property is described as: E12526 Bay Rd., part of the
      SW ¼, NW ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.
    2. Guy Wells, (SP-27-09), a variance to authorize the location of a proposed garage
      addition to an existing residence within the minimum road setback of Highway
      12. The property is described as: E11083 County Road C, part of the NE ¼,
      SW ¼, section 10, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter.
    3. Allen & Shawn Foster, (SP-28-09), a special xception permit to authorize filling
      and grading on slopes of more than 20% within 300 feet of Lake Redstone to
      landscape an existing residence. The property is described as: S1502 Canary CT.,
      lot 11 Canary addition to Lake Redstone, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 23, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
