  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Hillsboro Excavating, Inc., (SP-09-09), a special exception permit to authorize the renewal of a permit for a mineral extraction site. The property is described as: lot 1 CSM 3751, part of the NE ¼, section 8, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
    2. Jerald Kaufman, (SP-10-09), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of a short term mineral extraction site. The property is describer as: part of the SE ¼, Ne ¼, section 34, T9N, R5E, Town of Troy.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
