ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. The Kraemer Co. LLC., (SP-05-09), a special exception permit to authorize the renewal of a permit for a mineral extraction site and an expansion of the site. The property is described as: part of the NE ¼, and part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 29, T10N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac.
    2. Robert Luck & Martha Sumi, (SP-06-09), a special exception permit to authorize the filling and grading on slopes of more than 20 % within 300 feet of Lake Wisconsin. The property is described as: S7764 Eagle Point Dr., lot 29 of Eagle Point, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 5, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.
    3. Lillian Hagi, (SP-07-09), a special exception permit to authorize the renewal of a permit to operate a junkyard. The property is described as: E8522 County Road P, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 22, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona.
    4. Harlen Olson, (SP-08-09), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% within 300 feet of Lake Redstone. The property is described as: lot 16 Chickadee addition to Lake Redstone, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 14, T 13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
